Brooklyn’s Newest Full-Service Hotel Implements Profitvue® Enterprise Back Office
Pittsburgh, PA – October 12, 2016 – Aptech Computer Systems announced that The William Vale, in Brooklyn NY, installed Profitvue to manage financial processes and property accounting. The visually-striking 183-room William Vale is a new-build property that opened in summer 2016. “We installed Profitvue to manage pre-opening accounting in December 2015 and use it now for all property financial processes,” said Angielyn Cruz, director of finance. “The system is specifically designed for hospitality companies and Aptech customized our chart of accounts for The William Vale’s unique operations.” The property interfaced its purchasing and property management systems with Profitvue for streamlined accounting processes.
The William Vale rises 21 stories and offers breathtaking views, an elevated public green space, a roof lap pool, and adds a vibrant mix of retail and restaurants to Brooklyn’s thriving North Williamsburg neighborhood. “We implemented a hospitality standard chart of accounts that Aptech customized for The William Vale’s operation. Aptech’s support team is particularly helpful because they are all hotel professionals.”
Profitvue is a widely used Internet-enabled enterprise back office solution that easily handles single or multi-property accounting, and incorporates accounts payable, general ledger, statistics, and financials. Profitvue is available as an ASP service or on a licensed basis.
