StayNTouch announces a robust two-way interface with Checkmate
Bethesda, MD – August 17, 2016 – StayNTouch, an innovator in mobile technology and Property Management Systems (PMS) for hotels, is pleased to announce a new integration between Rover™, its Cloud-based PMS and PMS Overlay, and real-time messaging specialist, Checkmate. StayNTouch Rover’s interface with Checkmate allows hotel guests to be notified by text message of PMS events such as check-in and check-out.
Checkmate, recently acquired by TrustYou, allows hotels to actively engage guests before they arrive and while they are on-site in real-time through SMS, email, Facebook Messenger and other communication methods. Integration with StayNTouch Rover™ means that guests can now quickly and immediately communicate with staff and manage their stay once checked in.
