SOUTH CHATHAM, Mass. – Feb. 14, 2017 – Scout Hotel & Resort Management has assumed management of Chatham Tides, a classic Cape Cod shingled hotel with 24 studios, townhomes and suites on the Chatham beachfront. It joins a distinctive portfolio that also includes the historic Harbor View Hotel and Kelley House on Martha’s Vineyard, Mass., and Harborview Nantucket on Nantucket, Mass.

According to Robin Kirk, principal and CEO of Scout Hotel & Resort Management, “Scout is committed to building a portfolio of classic getaways in some of the nation’s most historic destinations, with a particular focus on the New England coast. Chatham Tides presents an authentic and timeless beach experience that ideally complements our offerings on Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, and we’re delighted to introduce it to our guests.”

Under Scout management, Chatham Tides will undergo room upgrades this spring. A more extensive renovation will commence in the fall.
