Denver, Colorado (Feb. 1, 2017) – The Denver Marriott Tech Center & Sage Hospitality are pleased to announce that they have completed the major hotel renovation launched in Fall 2015.
The Denver Marriott Tech Center now boasts 605 modern guest rooms redesigned to reflect the natural beauty of Colorado. The transformation included the creation of five Residential Suites complete with full kitchens, living rooms and workspaces, plus 36 Studio Suites.
All of the new guest rooms feature sleek furniture and original Colorado art, 49-inch and larger flat screen TVs and renovated bathrooms with gorgeous tile, sliding doors and high-end fixtures.
The hotel’s 50,000 square feet of meeting space has been updated in rich mineral tones, including the 10,200 square foot Evergreen Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,000 people.
In mid-February, a new Denver restaurant concept will open inside the hotel – Pint Brothers Alehouse. The stand-alone restaurant will feature an indoor beer garden that serves an eclectic collection of local craft beers and cocktails that rotate seasonally. Pint Brothers Alehouse will also feature an inviting dining room offering delicious comfort food, including burgers, sandwiches and flatbreads.
The Denver Marriott Tech Center is also one the first Marriott’s nationwide offer a Marriott M Club Lounge, a sunlit space with premiere services where Marriott Rewards Members can work, enjoy a bite, recharge and connect. Other property upgrades include a renovated Fitness Center, a redesigned entrance and enhancements to the indoor and outdoor pools.
“This hotel has undergone a complete transformation and we are so excited to share it with loyal guests and new customers,” said Sage Hospitality President and CEO, Walter Isenberg. “The property has a fantastic location in the heart of the Denver Tech Center and it is sure to once again be known as Denver’s hottest hotel for corporate meetings and community events.”
