SPOKANE, Wash., July 17, 2017 — RLH Corporation (NYSE:RLH) has been informed by one of its independent hotel reservation service providers, Sabre Hospitality Solutions ("Sabre"), that an unauthorized party accessed one of Sabre's systems, that permitted access to certain guest information for some hotel reservations present in the Sabre system between August 10, 2016 and March 9, 2017. Reservations at RLH Corporation branded hotels that were potentially impacted by this incident were limited to the following hotels: Americas Best Value Inn, Canadas Best Value Inn, Jameson, Lexington, Signature Inn, Country Hearth, 3 Palms and America's Best Inns. Reservations at RLH Corporation's other brands, Hotel RL, Red Lion Hotels, Red Lion Inn & Suites, Settle Inn Extended Stay and GuestHouse were not subject to the incident. The incident occurred exclusively on Sabre's systems and none of RLH Corporation's systems were compromised.

Sabre has confirmed to RLH Corporation that the issue has been contained and the unauthorized access has been revoked, but some guest information may have been compromised because of the incident.
