ATLANTA – Oct. 1, 2015 – The Rainmaker Group enjoyed a banner week as the recipient of two major awards by gaming publications during the Global Gaming Exposition in Las Vegas. On Monday, Sept. 28, Gaming & Leisure presented the company, the industry leader in profit optimization, with a prestigious Business Partner Award for Industry Excellence in increasing revenue for its customers. The award was presented during the Gaming & Leisure Roundtable, an annual, invitation-only forum designed to shape innovation in gaming and hospitality. In its 14th year, the forum hosts the greatest number of gaming CIOs in one private forum in North America.

According to Gaming & Leisure publisher Jeannie Caruso, “Our Business Partner Industry Excellence Award for increasing revenue for their customers went to Rainmaker this year because Rainmaker truly “lets it rain” for their clients through a quality product and an environment of continual product development designed to meet the needs of those clients.”

Also during G2E, Global Gaming Business Magazine, in conjunction with the Innovation Group and G2E’s Emerging Leaders program, announced its 2016 class of 40 Under 40 – the best of the new generation of leaders in the casino and gaming industry. Eian Counts, vice president of product strategy for Rainmaker, ranked in the top 10 of that list. He and his fellow awardees were chosen by the magazine’s advisory board from among 160 nominees. Commenting on Eian’s award, Tammy Farley, president of Rainmaker, noted, “Eian, who I’m proud to say has been with us for almost five years, has a unique ability to bring innovative and strategic thinking to the development team that blurs the lines between business and technology.”

These latest awards are important additions to the recognition Rainmaker has enjoyed from the casino and gaming industry over the years, including a Great Women of Gaming Proven Leader award in 2012 for Rainmaker’s Tammy Farley.
