LOS ANGELES (June 1, 2017) – Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Shenzhen Hazens Real Estate Investment Group, LLC  unveiled its latest development and stunning design of the new Sheraton Los Angeles San Gabriel Hotel, a multi-million dollar project slated to be open fall 2017. The 288-room hotel, which will be located on East Valley Boulevard, will redefine regional luxury and convenience with exquisite, culturally inspired design and accommodations, two best-in-class signature restaurants featuring Chinese and steakhouse cuisine, and more than 19,000 square feet of flexible event space. It will feature all of the Sheraton brand’s signature amenities and offerings including Sheraton Club® and an elegant full-service spa, in addition to an expansive pool deck, state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness center, afternoon tea service and full-service Starbucks.

Hotel Design

The property draws on and elevates cultural influences that surround the hotel’s location and features a vibrant, modern and stylish theme. Additional décor details include elaborate architecture, ornate fabrics and a neutral color palette made up of gold and grey with accents of turquoise.

The chic, clean and open design is accented by a collection of various delicate lighting details, creating a welcoming space from the moment guests enter the property.

Exceptional Dining

World-class dining will be available to hotel guests and locals alike at the property’s two distinct signature restaurants Crave Prime Steak  and Ba Shu Feng, which will be led under the direction of award-winning Chef Yun Zhou.

Property Amenities

The hotel’s 288 spacious guest rooms, includes 17 luxurious suites, and a series of VIP Club Level rooms that provide guests with an atmosphere for a memorable stay. Guest experiences will be enhanced with a variety of additional features including a premier 2,136 square foot spa featuring advanced anti-aging and therapeutic treatments as well as relaxing massages; a resort-style pool deck that offers plenty of seating; a full-service Starbucks café offering all of their signature beverages and snacks; and an on-property travel agent and luxury car rental desk conveniently located next to registration.

Business travelers will enjoy numerous meeting spaces ranging from intimate conference style to classroom style meetings. The three meeting rooms allow conversion to seven smaller rooms to adapt to any type of meeting needs, and totaling 4,371 square feet of collaborative space.

In addition to meetings and large conferences, the property will also accommodate large-scale corporate and social events up to 1,000 people through divisible grand ballroom spaces totaling 11,341 square feet.
