Atlanta, Georgia (January 13, 2015) – Noble Investment Group (“Noble”) today announced they have broken ground on the AC Hotel Buckhead, a joint venture with Simon (NYSE:SPG). Located at the intersection of Peachtree Road and Wieuca Road and adjacent to Nordstrom at Phipps Plaza, the AC Hotel Buckhead will be the brand’s first hotel in Atlanta, and is scheduled to open in early 2016.

The AC Hotel Buckhead will offer 166 rooms and suites and a variety of amenities including the AC Lounge, 2,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, the AC Library, health and fitness as well as an indoor pool.

Buckhead is renowned as a live, work and play community with the most affluent zip codes in the region, more than 20 million square feet of office and over 1,400 retail units where shoppers spend more than $1 billion per year.
