NASHVILLE, Tenn. (November 28, 2017) – HRI Lodging, LLC is excited to announce the appointment of Peter Tziahanas as General Manager and David Siguaw as Director of Sales & Marketing of Holston House, a 191- room boutique property that will open in downtown Nashville in early 2018. When it opens, it will become the newest addition to The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand of boutique hotels and experiences.

As General Manager of Holston House, Tziahanas will showcase his diverse background in rooms management, food and beverage experience, sales and marketing, and revenue management. His impressive portfolio includes leadership roles as General Manager of Embassy Suites Nashville, Doubletree by Hilton Boston and Sheraton Read House Hotel, as well as the General Manager and Director of Sales for Holiday Inn Fairlane Dearborn and Radisson Suite Inn Palm Beach Airport. Most recently, Tziahanas held the position of Vice President of Operations at Atrium Hospitality, and in 2012, he was awarded General Manager of the Year by the Greater Nashville Hospitality Association. Tziahanas also have served on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Hospitality and Tourism Association and is a member of the Academic Advisory Council for Tennessee Tech Culinary Program.

In his new role as Holston House’s Director of Sales & Marketing, Siguaw will oversee all marketing and sales efforts to drive revenue and ensure the new property will be at the forefront in the minds of visitors and locals alike. An industry veteran, Siguaw offers more than 20 years of luxury and lifestyle brand expertise, leadership skills and vast knowledge of the hospitality space. With a deep understanding and appreciation for history, his experience will be integral in telling the story of Holston House, which is located in an iconic 88-year-old art deco building. Prior to Holston House, Siguaw was responsible for re-establishing and rebranding various high-profile and iconic properties including Eden Roc Miami Beach, Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Highlands Inn Park Hyatt Carmel, Lodge at Mountain Village Telluride, Le Meridian Beverly Hills (now SLS Hotel), The Ambassador Hotel and Marriott Marina Del Rey. Throughout his career, he has been a key player in several successful integrations of four and five-star culinary, nightlife and spa outlets, and he has also served on the Board of Directors for the City of Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce for the past four years.

Siguaw graduated from Central Washington University with a B.A. in Criminology and a minor in Political Science. Tziahanas graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. in Hotel Management.
