Calgary, Alberta – March 8, 2018 – Tony Thompson to lead GuestTek’s APAC Operations
GuestTek Interactive Entertainment continues to expand their Asia Pacific team with the appointment of Tony Thompson as Vice President of Operations, APAC.
“Tony’s extensive experience in the hospitality industry, combined with his technology and team management expertise, will be a tremendous asset to our APAC operations,” noted Scott Watts, GuestTek’s Managing Director for APAC. Tony Thompson entered the hospitality industry as a hotelier, and that experience helps him understand hoteliers’ concerns when updating technology. Tony observed, “Hotel technology installs need to be both timely and meticulous, so guest rooms can be occupied, guest satisfaction scores stay high, and call backs kept to a minimum. I look forward to working with GuestTek’s customers in the APAC region.”
Tony Thompson is a Certified Project Management Professional and earned a Certificate in Strategic Leadership for Hospitality Professionals from Cornell University. He will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
