The 121-room hotel joins the Hampton by Hilton family of more than 2,100 Hampton by Hilton, Hampton Inn by Hilton and Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton hotels. It is located at 6826 Burden Boulevard and is managed by Pacific Inns LLC.

The new property is located near local wineries, golfing outlets, Columbia Basin College and the Columbia River. It is also walking distance to the local event venue, TRAC Center.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Pasco/Tri-Cities also offers amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour business center with complimentary printing, an indoor pool and hot tub, and a meeting space that can accommodate 35 guests and a fitness center.
