Jan. 23–Thirty Florida hotels were ranked as the best of the best in TripAdvisor’s 2015 Travelers’ Choice awards.

The rankings come from millions of travelers who left reviews and ratings on TripAdvisor’s site last year. The site took those ratings and came up with a list of the 25 best hotels inthe U.S. for eight different categories: best overall, best small hotels, best bargain hotels, best B&Bs and inns, best luxury hotels, best hotels for romance, best family hotels, and hotels with the best service.

Coming in at No. 1 for best overall U.S. hotel is the The Langham in Chicago. Three Florida hotels made the Top 25 overall list with The Villas of Grand Cypress in Orlando coming in at No. 8 followed by Vintro Hotel South Beach in Miami Beach at No. 16 and Metropolitan by COMO in Miami Beach at No. 24.

Because Orlando and South Florida draw the most tourists, it’s no surprise the two regions received the highest rankings from the TripAdvisor awards, which take into account both the quality and quantity of reviews from their readers.

The Central Florida region was the most heavily represented with 19 hotels from Orlando, Kissimmee and the surrounding area while South Florida had nine. The other two were in St. Augustine and Destin. Notably, 16 of the top 25 best hotels for families came from Central Florida, where many of the hotels cater to tourists visiting the theme parks.

Despite Central Florida’s prevalence, the hotel that earned the highest number of top spots across all of the categories was Alhambra Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, which was ranked as the 6th best bargain hotel, 18th best hotel for romance and 18th best hotel for service.
