This Sonoma resort selected Clear Sky’ beverage inventory control solution called Clear Sky BEVERAGE. This system is a comprehensive, perpetual inventory system that tracks and controls all beverage products and especially the resort’s expected and vast wine selection. Software modules include purchasing, receiving, transfers/issues, returns and physical inventory. Other features will allow hotel executives to report product fast-movers, slow-movers, cost variances, and order/vendor discrepancies. An expanded event management module is also part of the core system installed at the resort.
