Bangkok, Thailand - Sept. 28, 2015 - Centara Hotels & Resorts is pleased to introduce two new properties that will be opening before the end of the year. The resort will have 141 rooms in total, and guests will have access to the full range of facilities expected by modern resort guests, including technology-serviced meeting facilities, an all-day restaurant, a pool complete with swim-up pool bar, a fitness center and full wireless connectivity throughout the property. Centra Maris Resort Jomtien is scheduled to open mid-December 2015. Just outside of Bangkok, Jomtien Beach has a new perspective from that of its nearby neighbor, Pattaya. There has been major investment in the area that provides many attractive elements. Centara's new property will offer a full range of services that will allow for every guest to enjoy their stay.
The new property features 282 rooms, suites and residences in total, all designed with a fresh modern style, incorporating clean lines, light wood furnishings and splashes of vivid colors. Other facilities worth exploring are the lagoon-shaped swimming pool complete with Jacuzzis as well as a children's water play area and water slide.
For adults, the 'Cense by SPA Cenvaree' is a perfect escape. Step into a world of tranquility and pampering with an extensive spa facility that is set over two floors and takes guests on a journey through the healing traditions of Southeast Asia. Guests can choose from a broad range of therapies, including massage, body treatment and facials that feature Thai herbs, floral extracts and aromatic oils. A fitness center also allows for further rejuvenation for the body and mind.
Dining options include an all-day dining venue serving varied buffet-style breakfasts, and an international and Thai a la carte menu for lunch and dinner with indoor and outdoor dining options. The resort's poolside restaurant offers an eclectic selection of quality food & drink, serving everything from fresh seafood and fish to chops and steaks, and perfect burgers with modern twists. In-room dining is available throughout the day, and the swim-up pool bar is another appealing feature for adult guests.
The overall area of Jomtien is getting a face lift, making it much more attractive to tourists with new sidewalks, building sports, recreation and water facilities, adding greenery and playgrounds as well as a new police substation. All of these improvements will guarantee additional benefits to the area and a safer experience.
