Louisville, KY. May 7, 2015 – 21c Museum Hotels is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Forte to the position of General Manager of 21c Louisville. In his new role at 21c Louisville, Forte will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, sales, and community and guest relations.

An industry veteran with over 18 years in hospitality, Forte has held a variety of management positions at boutique and luxury properties across the United States, bringing experience in the areas of hotel management, food and beverage, marketing, development, finance and sales to 21c Louisville. Most recently, Forte was the General Manager at Aloft Tucson University Hotel – A Starwood Hotel. Prior to that, he was with The Newport Hotel Group, a real estate management and investment company with a national portfolio of hotels, for over 16 years. During that time, Forte held a number of roles within the company including General Manager of The Snake River Lodge and Spa in Jackson Hole, WY, where he led the acquisition of the multi-faceted resort and spa and oversaw all facets of daily operations for the 153-room resort, luxury rental condos, 15,000 square foot spa, and more.
