2016 Maestro PMS Users' Conference Focuses On Strategies for Success

Attendees Share Ideas for Productivity, Profitability and Dance Moves at Sold Out Maestro Conference
TORONTO - September 14, 2016 – Independent hotel systems leader Maestro PMS wrapped up its 2016 Maestro Users’ Conference on September 1st. Executives and staff from more than 50 properties attended the sold-out event at The Omni King Edward Hotel in downtown Toronto, Canada. Attendees received information on new property software system enhancements, attended education sessions, and were provided with personal one-on-one learning labs with Maestro PMS professionals. Maestro also announced continued property software product enhancements including personalized functionality to its ResWave online booking engine, increased mobile technologies, and further data mining opportunities into Maestro’s centralized database. Many of Maestro’s technology partners also met with attendees at the conference to share their new advancements and offerings.

“Our 2016 Users’ Conference was an excellent forum for many of Maestro’s clients to meet with our professional team and strengthen their understanding of how our integrated systems and expanded services can benefit their operations,” said Maestro PMS President Warren Dehan. “This year’s conference was in Toronto near Maestro’s corporate offices, which made it possible for nearly all of our team to meet with clients they had only known from phone calls.” Maestro’s 2016 Conference provided more than 50 educational sessions diving deep into property software features and functions focused on revenue generation, data mining, reservation optimization, sales and catering, increasing online conversions and making front desk operations more guest centric. “Our conference goal was to help Maestro users be more productive and profitable.
