Choice Atlantica Hotels Expands into Argentina with Three Hotels and a Reservation Center FORT LAUDERDALE, February 4, 2000 – Hotel options in Buenos Aires changed dramatically this past year with the addition of three Choice hotel properties. In November and December 1999, Choice Atlantica Hotels—the fastest growing hotel management and franchise company in South America—added a Clarion Hotel and a Comfort Hotel. The company added a Comfort Inn & Suites in January 1999. CAH also opened a regional sales office and reservations center in Buenos Aires for the development of business and to allow toll-free reservations access in Argentina.

- Aspen Towers, A Clarion Hotel. This property is located in the central part of downtown Buenos Aires near both the commercial and shopping districts. It features 75 deluxe rooms, a VIP/concierge desk, full-service restaurant, business center, meeting rooms, bar, room service and a roof-top swimming pool.
- Comfort Hotel & Suites Aspen. Located in the heart of the financial district, this property offers 148 rooms and suites, cable television, individual safes, room service, sundeck on the roof, one meeting room, business center and valet parking.
- Comfort Inn & Suites Esmeralda. This all-suite boutique hotel is located near Plaza San Martin and the Florida. It features 104 suites, VIP/concierge and tour desks, breakfast restaurant, telephones, free movies, data ports and air conditioning.
With 10 hotels in operation and many projects in various stages of development, the group expects to sign an agreement for its 50th hotel project shortly.
