Solutions, which is a recognized leader in the field of energy management.  I.Q. Solutions is the energy advisor for the State Of California and the State Of Ohio. 

In order to maximize savings for its clients, CPS is able to “aggregate” the traffic of its clients, so the consolidated buying power increases the potential savings that its client will receive.  CPS also monitors the entire marketplace on a daily basis for its clients, so that when new programs come into the marketplace that will help the client save further money, CPS can easily implement the new program for the client. 

CPS works on a “contingency fee” basis and only charges the client 33% of savings that are verifiably generated.  Utility bills themselves are incomprehensible.  CPS audits them to make sure that they are correct. 

Hotels with a single location benefit, because their usage is lumped in negotiations with other major clients, therefore giving them access to greater potential savings.  By only charging clients a “contingency” fee, CPS is incentivized to maximize savings to each hotel.
