| JJS Leasing is an established broker in the area of placing radio equipment
for telecommunications companies on hotel roof-tops with a clear line of
sight. The hotel roof-tops must be at least 4 stories high.
JJS Leasing has a client list that includes Marriott and Choice hotels.
Here is how the service works.
A hotel signs an agreement with JJS Leasing to go out and contract with telecommunications companies who wish to have “access” to place radio antennas. Specifically, JJS Leasing focuses on leases for PCS Cellular sites. PCS cellular phones require four times the capacity as regular cellular phones. Therefore, the telecommunications company that sells PCS cellular phones needs to be able to find hotels willing to place their equipment on their roof-tops, in order for their customers to be able to speak to each other when using their cellular phones in the area. The hotel receives a commission for a period of five years on each radio
antenna placement that JJS Leasing is able to procure with its telecommunications
clients.
