Employees will also use the ATM machine. Furthermore, hotels receive a great amount of transients that pass through their lobbies every day.  If a hotel does not have a bank ATM machine to withdraw money, they will go to the front desk clerk, and ask them how to get to the nearest bank ATM machine. 

This not only takes the front desk clerk away from what they are doing, it is time consuming.  At night, women may have to obtain cash; yet, some women may be uncomfortable with going out at night. 

The hotel thinks about a bank ATM machine as a machine that distributes cash.  If the hotel installs a cash ATM machine, who is going to replenish the money?  If an employee is put in charge of that task, doesn't that present a security problem?  In fact, doesn't having a cash ATM machine present a large security problem. 

In 1997, a group of robbers backed up a van to a bowling alley in the City of Orange, California and simply hauled the cash ATM machine away in their van.  Who was going to stop them?  The solutions is to put into the hotel an ATM machine that dispenses “vouchers” for cash that the customer simply redeems at the hotel front desk. 

This is the same as cashing a check.  However, instead of it being “risky”, the new TZSCRIP Cashless ATM  becomes a great profit center for the hotel!  Every time a transaction occurs, the hotel is paid a transaction fee.  And, the hotel, just like a bank, can decide what it wants to charge.
