in a brokerage capacity on behalf of Prime Hospitality Corporation, announced
the sale of the newly opened AmeriSuites Hotel to a private investor.
The 128-unit Hotel was opened in May of this year and is part of a newly
development mixed-use project located adjacent to Interstate 580 in Dublin,
California. Joel Hiser and Kiyoshi Sekine of the San Francisco office
of PKF Investments represented the seller in the transaction.
