Atlanta � May, 1999 - The Preston Phillips Partnership,
Inc.- Architects announced the recent addition of James Brink, AIA to their
Hospitality Design Division.
James Brink, AIA has been appointed Project Architect, Hospitality Division
and will work closely with Tony Patel, AIA Director of Hospitality.
Mr. Brink brings eleven years design experience on a wide range of project
types. Most recently, Mr. Brink was involved in the property improvement
program at Bass Hotels and Resorts as Property Improvement Consultant and
conducted numerous property improvement surveys on franchised Holiday Inns
throughout the United States and Canada.
Mr. Brink�s corporate hotel experience with a major franchisor and his
involvement in ADA issues will enable him to focus on managing the firms
hospitality projects including site planning, interior design, FF and E
selection and franchise selection. Having worked closely with top
executives and corporate attorneys at Bass Hotels and Resorts on ADA matters,
Mr. Brink will provide ADA compliance consulting to current and future
clients.
The Preston Phillips Partnership, Inc. was formed in 1995. In
the past four years, the firm has rapidly expanded from two to 65 people
and is expected to exceed $8,000,000 in total revenues in 1999. Other
divisions include retail, office and multi-family. Current hospitality
projects include the Holiday Inn, Motel 6, Country Hearth Inn, Microtel
Inn and Days Inn brands. More recently the firm was named as one
of the top 25 architectural firms in Georgia and is currently working on
12 hospitality projects in six states. |
