| FAIRFIELD, N.J., June 25, 1999 - Prime Hospitality
Corp. (NYSE: PDQ) announced today that it has signed an agreement with
on-line travel wholesaler Travelscape.com to become a preferred supplier
of hotel rooms for Internet consumers.
Under the two-year agreement, Travelscape.com will offer Internet consumers
discounted rooms from Prime’s AmeriSuites and Wellesley Inn Suites hotel
chains, as well as from Prime’s full-service portfolio, which includes
Hilton, Radisson, Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza properties nationwide.

CEO. “This provides us with another sales distribution channel and allows
us to capitalize on the exploding online travel market.”
