borrows its theme from its collaboration with the Denver Center Theatre

Denver developers and owners Michael J. Brenneman and Jeff Selby retained David Owen Tryba Architects and Designers to restore the landmark building. After a $18 million restoration, that included an additional 9th Floor, the Hotel Teatro has come to life.
