LAFAYETTE, Calif - July 20, 1998 - -In concert with the
myriad of new commercial revitalization projects in downtown Lafayette,
The Amin Group, a Lafayette-based hospitality development company, announces
this week their intentions to develop the city's first new lodging establishment
in over ten years on the site of the existing Hillside Inn Suites at 3748
Mt. Diablo Boulevard.
The seventy-plus room development will feature business-conferencing
facilities and mid-range, suite-style accommodations geared towards the
long-term business traveler, relocations, out-of-town guests, vacationers
and other extended-stay market segments. Detailed plans will be submitted
