- Your return email address should be from
a real person - not [email protected]
- Do not use bulk email or lists to send
press releases to Hotel-Online.
- Think about your subject line; Words such
as 'free' or 'file attached' may be ignored by us. ALL CAPS and
punctuation should not be used.
- Plain text pasted into the email works
best, however, if your release has tables, do email as a word document
(not zipped). We encourage photos and logos, but they must be sent as
an attachment in .jpeg or .gif.
- Adobe (.pdf) documents are time consuming
to work with and we request they not be used.
- Do not use ALL CAPS in the press release
headline.
- Do not use colored backgrounds.
