a museum of key events in the long distinguished coaching career for Coach
Shula who with his 1972 team accomplished what no one else has been able
to do....the Miami Dolphins perfect 17 - 0 season.
Inducted into the Football Hall of Fame in 1997, this accomplishment
coincided with the 25 th anniversary of the "Perfect Season". The
official Grand Opening Event will be held March 12th with visits from members
of the 1972
team including, Bob Griese, Jim Kiick, Jim Mandich and Larry Seiple
in addition to the guest of honor, Coach Don Shula. Portions of the
proceeds will go to benefit the University of Miami/ Sylvester Comprehensive
Cancer
Center.
