Located at the southern entrance to Haifa directly on renowned Carmel  Beach, the hotel has 289 rooms and suites all with sea view. The  MATAM high tech park and the new Haifa International Convention Center are  very close by.  Each large room and suite has a kitchenette, sitting  area, in room safe and all of the amenities you would expect of a 5  star hotel. There are two restaurants and a lobby lounge. A business  center and fitness center are planned for Spring 1998. There is a  beautiful outdoor sea view swimming pool and tennis court as well as direct access to the beach from the hotel.

The hotel is managed by HEI Mid-East Hotels who also manage the Avia  Hotel at Ben Gurion Airport and the new Nazareth Marriott to open in  Nazareth in July, 1998.
