Philadelphia PA, June 6, 2013 – Optimum Hotel Brokerage announced  that the firm has closed on the sale of the Best Western Quakertown, a select-service hotel in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia.  Joe McCann, Optimum’s president, was the exclusive hotel broker and Licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker representing the seller, a family who had owned and operated the successful property for more than 30 years.  The buyers of the hotel were local hotel investors.
