Optimum Hotel Brokerage Sells Philadelphia Area Select Service Hotel Best Western Quakertown Sold to Local Partnership

Hotel Brokerage announced that the firm has closed on the
sale of
the Best Western Quakertown, a select-service hotel in Quakertown,
Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. Joe
McCann, Optimum’s president, was the exclusive hotel broker and
Licensed Pennsylvania
Real Estate Broker representing the seller, a family who had owned and
operated
the successful property for more than 30 years.
The buyers of the hotel were local hotel investors.
“The Best Western Quakertown is a 44-unit, well-constructed hotel that had been operated by the same family owners for more than 30 years” said McCann, “and the hotel reflects the care and attention of two generations of family ownership”.
