Warmbrodt Hotel Investments Announces Sale of the Red Roof Inn, Minneapolis Plymouth, MN |
April 29, 2013 - Warmbrodt Hotel Investments announced today the firm closed the sale of the Red Roof Inn located in Minneapolis Plymouth, MN. The 24 year old property was sold on behalf of the institutional owner for an undisclosed price. The purchaser will retain the Red Roof Inn franchise and renovate the property to new NextGen standards. "The strong location within the metropolitan Twin Cities produced significant investor interest. Smart operators recognize the opportunity to add healthy revenue to existing operations. More Information Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Camden, AR The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Camden is 69-room, select-service hotel with 40,000 square feet. It was built in 2000. Facilities include a breakfast dining area serving a complimentary breakfast, an outdoor pool, a business center, guest laundry facility, and one meeting room.
