On 4/1/13, a representative from the city of Roseville (CA) stated that
the city is currently in exclusive contract negotiations with P3
International, LLC for this project. There is currently no construction
timeline determined.
March 29, 2013
In December 2012, P3 International, LLC. was chosen as the developer
for this project. The city entered into a pre-project development
agreement.
December 23, 2011
On 12/23/11, a representative of city of Roseville (CA) confirmed that
a feasibility study is currently underway for this project. Results
from this study are anticipated to be available by February 2012. At
that time the city will decide whether or not to proceed with the next
detailed planning steps. If approved the earliest this project would
start construction is spring 2013.
December 23, 2011
The Roseville City Council approved the purchase of the land for $1.9
million on 12/22/11. The city plans to enter a purchase agreement with
Sterling Savings Bank, the current property owner, and Fulcrum Property
Corporation, who will provide financing for the city's portion of the
parcel.
