San Francisco, June 10, 2008 � In search of a highly accurate and automated solution to address the industry-wide challenge of predicting volatile F&B demand patterns, the 1,800-room Sheraton Waikiki recently implemented the Carnus Forecaster across the property�s F&B outlets. As promised, the Carnus� artificial intelligence quickly �learned� the operating environment and is automatically providing a consistent staffing accuracy of over 90%.
