Top Score from Freeman Group

ORANJESTAD, Aruba � July 19, 2005 - Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino -- a revitalizing tropical escapade splashed with cosmopolitan touches -- has been given an overall score of 85 percent by the Freeman Group, a 13 percent increase from last year after a two night in-depth inspection of the resort and its grounds. The score ranked the resort in the top three of all hotels in Aruba based on the quality of guestrooms, housekeeping, food and beverage and leisure amenities. The Freeman Group offers a comprehensive evaluation to provide clients with essential information to enhance guest experience and build assets.

The Freeman Group supply scores based on performance in areas of guest touch points such as telephone reservations, front desk check-in, guest room remake, fine dining and fitness facility among other categories. Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino scored in the top three hotels in Aruba reviewed by the Freeman Group. The fine dining option, L.G. Smith�s Steak and Chophouse, received a score of 90 percent claiming the food was flavorful, well seasoned, served at the correct temperature and fresh. The resort scored a perfect 100 percent in the category of general door and bell staff, commended for friendliness, smiles and courteous demeanour.
