to announce the results of its 12 month Revenue Management partnership
with Millennium Hotels. "In the first 3 month phase of implementing
a multi-hotel program, we achieved an aggregate RevPAR growth of $6.5 Million.
At the end of 12 months we saw an overall incremental gain of over $16,000,000
above the original cumulative budgets of all hotels. We had 15 hotels representing
over 6,000 Rooms in the program said Jeffrey Osborne, founder, and managing
director of OZone Strategic Marketing.
OZone
originally forecasted an aggressive growth plan that would incrementally
add more than $9,000,000 to the budgeted 2005 Revenues. "After weekly
discussions, and open-minded co-operation from the executive management
teams at each Millennium Hotel, the actual Revenue win was almost twice
our expectation!" exclaimed Osborne.
The hotels that participated in Phase One of the OZone Strategic Marketing
"Path for Progress" continued to embrace a cutting edge revenue management
philosophy within their markets. In the Phase Two bi-weekly discussions
with OZone, the hotels have been making aggressive pricing, and confident
distribution decisions�driving their top line revenues to new heights.
