- July 20, 2005 - Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Select Service Division announced
today that they advised multiple sellers in the disposition of seven hotels
since the acquisition of Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC by Jones Lang LaSalle
Hotels in June 2005. Located in urban and suburban markets across the country,
the properties comprised 1,356 rooms, which included these assets:

Holiday Inn Select Niagara Falls, New York / 397 rooms

Ramada Limited Beaufort, South Carolina / 151 rooms

Holiday Inn St. Louis Airport St. Louis, Missouri / 392 rooms

AmeriHost Inn Storm Lake, Iowa / 61 rooms

TownePlace Suites Fenton, Missouri / 95 rooms

Holiday Inn Cookeville, Tennessee / 200 rooms

Of these transactions, four of the seven sellers were public companies
while all seven of the buyers were private investors. We continue
