WASHINGTON - July 14, 2005 -- Doubletree(R) Hotels proudly announces that the Washington Terrace Hotel has become the Doubletree Hotel Washington D.C., representing another addition to the brand's portfolio of more than 150 fine properties across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. The Doubletree Hotel Washington D.C. is owned by RLJ Urban Lodging Fund, LP, an affiliate of RLJ Development, LLC, managed by Davidson Hotel Company and is operated under a franchise agreement with Doubletree Hotel Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT). The property is currently undergoing a $2.6 million enhancement project, which includes technology and equipment upgrades throughout the facility.
