named Christian Tavelli the new resort´s Rooms Division Manager,
announced Managing Director Luis Fernandes.
Tavelli, graduated at Glion´s Swiss Managment School, comes to Las Ventanas after 11 years of hospitality management experience, in both front desk and food and beverage positions, at various luxury hotels in Europe. Most recently, he was director of rooms division at Hotel & Casino Torrequebrada in Malaga, Spain. Previously, he served as duty manager and assistant food & beverage director,at the luxury 50 years old Marbella Club Hotel, Marbella, Spain, one of �The leading hotels of the world�. Other experience includes serving as assistant front office manager and assistant executive housekeeper at the opening of the Frankfurt Hilton; reception duty manager, at the Brussels Hilton; and restaurant manager at Hotel La Residencia, an Orient Express hotel in Mallorca, Spain. Dramatically located at the tip of Mexico's Baja Peninsula, nestled on fine white sands along the sparkling-blue Sea of Cortez, Las Ventanas has set new standards for ultra luxury and service in Latin America since it opened in July 1997.
