Mr. Regli joins Sands Resorts after serving as Managing Director of Hospitality for the Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Pennsylvania�s largest ski and year-round resort. At Seven Springs, Mr. Regli developed an aggressive sales and marketing plan to generate new business and group sales.  Michael also led a team in building an amphitheatre and creating a new revenue center, which spurred significant sales for lodging, food and beverage. 

A Montana native and graduate of Montana State University, Mr. Regli held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing and National Sales Director for 12 years at Big Sky Ski and Summer Resort.  In 1998, he relocated to Wintergreen Resort near Charlottesville, VA, where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for three years. 

Mr. Regli is a member of the Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and various other professional groups.  Michael currently resides in Myrtle Beach with his wife, Sandy, and their four children.
