Mr. Shub has worked most recently with companies such as Wells Fargo Business Direct, and Metris Companies, Inc. in Arizona, managing and developing their call centers. At Shilo Inns, Mr. Shub will be responsible for managing the reservations/call center and he will continue Shilo�s on-going training programs and techniques to ensure that every call to Shilo Inns results in a friendly and informative experience for the caller.

In the same move towards excellence, Shilo Inns is also happy to announce that Sandi Collins, former Central Reservations Manager, will continue with Shilo Inns as Assistant General Manager at the Shilo Inn Suites Hotel, in Klamath Falls. In addition to her new responsibilities, Sandi will continue her work with the Shilo team, supporting the participants within the new Shilo affiliate program.
