Tracy Walker Named General Manager
of Hilton Newark Airport

.

NEWARK, N.J. - June 28, 2005 -- Hilton Hotels Corporation announced today that Tracy Walker has been named general manager of the 378-room Hilton Newark Airport, adjacent to Newark Liberty International Airport. A 16-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Walker most recently served as hotel manager of the landmark Fontainebleau Resort in Miami.

Walker started her career in the hospitality industry with Hilton Hotels Corporation in 1988 at the Burbank Airport Hilton & Convention Center, serving in front desk, banquet, catering and convention services supervisory and management positions. In 1993, she joined the Red Lion Corporation as director of convention services for the Red Lion Hotel Seattle Airport, and then became director of catering at the Red Lion/Doubletree Hotel Salt Lake City. In 1997, she joined the Wyndham Hotels Corporation, where she ultimately became general manager of The Mayfair, a Wyndham historic hotel. She re-joined Hilton Hotels Corporation in 2002 as director of meetings and conventions for the Hilton Chicago before her transition to the Fontainebleau Resort. Walker received her bachelor's degree in English at the University of Utah.
