The 25 Most Extraordinary Sales and Marketing Minds
in Hospitality and Travel Named by HSMAI

.

MCLEAN, VA (Jan. 19, 2005) Who are the most extraordinary sales and marketing minds in hospitality and travel today?  To answer that question, the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) polled senior executives throughout the marketplace to identify the Hot List for 2004.

For the second year, we are proud and pleased to honor those who stand out in the industry for their creativity, intelligence, and passion for their work, states Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHA, president and CEO of HSMAI.

We see such clever campaigns and brilliant strategies all year long, and we get the opportunity to cast the spotlight on these individuals with our annual Hot List of the 25 Most Extraordinary Sales and Marketing Minds in Hospitality and Travel, says Gilbert.

HSMAI asked top tier executives throughout the hospitality, travel and tourism industries to submit nominees who best exemplified the set criteria: Whose marketing strategies are truly innovative and clever?  Whose campaigns are standouts?  Whose companies represent a sales focused organization?  Who gets results?  Whose work do you wish was yours?

Nominees submitted were reviewed and scored by HSMAIs Executive Committee, resulting in this years second annual HSMAI Top 25 list.
