In his new role, Hatfield will supervise general managers at 17 hotels in CSM Lodging�s portfolio and act as an intermediate between CSM Lodging�s corporate offices and each hotel to facilitate operations.

Hatfield has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry serving in various development, sales and management roles with hotels nationwide. Hatfield began his career with Bristol Hotels and Resorts, serving as a general manager for 10 years, then working his way up to director of development. He has a bachelor�s degree in hotel administration from Cornell University.
