Bratt most recently held the position of general manager at The Raleigh Hotel on South Beach.

Bratt, a citizen of the US and Sweden, has 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has held management positions at prominent hotels in the United States, Europe and South America.  Prior to The Raleigh, he was the general manager at the InterContinental Cozumel Resort.  He is fluent in English, Spanish, German and Swedish.

�I look forward to re-introducing the Mayfair to the public as a unique, welcoming place to stay.  It will be an experience all its own - and an alternative to the South Beach scene,� Bratt said.  �I am the kind of GM who wants to be able to personally greet each and every guest, shake their hand and learn their life story.  I am 100 percent hands on and believe that this is what sets me apart and has allowed me to succeed and get to where I am today.�

Bratt has a four-year degree from the Sigtuna Humanistic University in Sweden and has completed hotel management courses at both Cornell and UCLA.  He currently resides in Coral Gables, FL.
