Holiday Inn Minneapolis West for $9.325 million |

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 2, 2004 - CSM Lodging has added to its national hotel
portfolio by acquiring the Holiday Inn Minneapolis West in St. Louis Park,
Minnesota. The hotel was owned by a joint venture of Boykin Lodging Company
and Interstate Hotels and Resorts. The sale price of the property was $9.325
million.
"The addition of this hotel to the CSM family complements our current portfolio," said Robin Kirk, President of CSM Lodging. "We anticipate acquiring several hotels this year, not only in our base here in Minneapolis but in other markets around the country." CSM Lodging plans to completely renovate the property over the coming months, Kirk said. "Our aim is to meet the needs of the current business traveler, meeting planners and the new generation of leisure travelers," Kirk added. "This includes adding high-speed Internet access to every room as well as the addition of a state-of-the-art business center." CSM Lodging is a division of CSM Corporation which owns and operates Marriott, Hilton and Country Inn Hotels and currently has 33 hotels across the United States.
