SINGAPORE, 4 May 2004 � From today, Le Montreux Palace in Switzerland will be known as Raffles Le Montreux Palace. It combines the legendary Raffles name with the illustrious reputation of Le Montreux Palace as a world�s best place to stay and one of the top great hotels in Europe. This will position the hotel well to tap into and benefit from cross-selling initiatives with its sister hotels and other marketing programmes of Raffles International worldwide.

The 98-year-old hotel, with its rich heritage, now shares the same Raffles brand as the collection of award-winning Raffles hotels and resorts located across the globe. They include Raffles Hotel, Singapore; Raffles Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Hamburg, Germany; Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor, Siem Reap and Raffles Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, Cambodia; and Raffles L�Ermitage Beverly Hills, USA. 

Raffles International has been managing Le Montreux Palace since 2001.
