Stanford Hotels is launching a premier destination for business and leisure travelers and local San Diegans.”
Durbin noted his reasons for joining Stanford Hotels and getting back to the hands-on operation of hotels was the excitement and challenge that this project presents.
“The Stanford Hotels team is top-notch, and they bring unique perspective and energy to the operation of the hotel at every level” said Durbin. “Downtown San Diego is an exciting place to be right now, and this hotel will only add to the excitement.
“I am really impressed with the work Kim McCarthy and Jeff Burg have done to ready the hotel for its renovation and continue to manage the property while it’s been closed. The entire Stanford Hotels team has executed a stand-out job.”
The core team at the San Diego Hotel Company (SDHC) consists of Jeff Burg, director of operations, and Kim McCarthy, director of sales and marketing.
