of Marriott Internationals premier Franchisees has completed renovations
on 3 Fairfield Inn by Marriott hotels within its portfolio and has 4 more

We realize our ability to maintain and grow market share is tied to our maintaining the physical plant said Dr. Bharat Sangani, Chairman of Encore Enterprises. The Marriott Brand commands a premium in rate and occupancy in every market we compete: but that is not given to us. We have to provide exceptional service, take care of our associates and continue to invest in our portfolio in order to maintain maximum returns. Marriott has very high standards, the customer knows this, and we want to align our company with the best Brands in the industry. We have begun to see an increase in demand as well as an increase in new supply entering some of our markets. We made a strategic decision to complete all of our renovations in 2004 in order to be properly positioned in the market. Once completed, we will have 9 out of 11 Marriott hotels completely renovated. We have received many compliments on the renovations from our repeat guests. They like the new design, comfort features, free internet access and the upgrade in our breakfast offerings. Glenn Pedersen, President of Pineapple Management Services defined the scope of each renovation: We are replacing or upgrading the following in each hotel: new guestroom drapes and sheers, new carpeting and carpet pad, new bedspreads, new ergonomic chairs, all new upholstered seating, new wall vinyl covering in the bathroom, new hallway drapes, hallway carpeting and carpet padding, new lobby drapes and sheers, new lobby wall vinyl covering, all new upholstered seating, breakfast room table and chairs and lobby drapery. All rooms will receive new pillows as well as being completely repainted. Encore Enterprises is spending approximately $ 3,500 per room or approximately $280,000 per hotel. Liam Brown, Marriotts Senior Vice President for Fairfield Inn said Encore Enterprises and Pineapple Management Services is one of our premier Franchisees and over the years have won numerous National Awards from Marriott International. We are pleased to see Encore Enterprises continue to invest in our Brands and look forward to helping them grow their portfolio of Marriott Brands in the future. About the company:
