Underwood has been a member of the HMC Corporate staff since 1998 as the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, the CFO, and the Regional Director of Operations.

In her new role as Director of HR, Underwood will be responsible for all facets of human resources, including employee forms, insurance, 401(k), and COBRA.  In addition, she will oversee the human resource personnel at the HMC managed properties, and be responsible for on-line job postings, orientation materials, and training.

Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC), founded in 1971, is a privately owned independent management company and is one of the oldest independent hotel management firms in the lodging industry.  For over three decades, HMC has provided hotel management services for third party institutional and private owners.  The company�s headquarters has been located in Dallas, Texas since its inception.
