With SuiteScope, SuiteSpeed is able to identify and resolve network problems proactively for its hotel clients.
If a potential problem is detected in the network, the issue is escalated to a SuiteSpeed engineer. The engineer is able to remotely view, analyze and troubleshoot network components, minimizing potential downtime. SuiteSpeed estimates that the interruptions identified by the SuiteScope monitoring system can reduce network-related guest interruptions by up to 50%.
