Majestic Resorts Inc. Appoints Conrad® Hotels to
Manage 378-suite Hotel in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS / BRUSSELS, February 18, 2004 - Conrad® Hotels, the luxury brand of the Hilton Family of Hotels, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Majestic Resorts Inc., to operate and manage a newly built, luxurious all-suite Conrad hotel that will be located on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.

Groundbreaking for the 378-suite hotel project, along with an accompanying collection of high-end residences and an upscale dining, shopping and entertainment complex that will make up the Majestic Resort and Residences Las Vegas, is scheduled for late 2004.  The hotel is scheduled to open to guests in 2006.

We are delighted to work with Majestic Resorts on such an outstanding hotel project, said Clem Barter, president of Conrad Hotels.  We believe this hotel, not only for its location but for its outstanding features, will be extremely successful.  This hotel development certainly fits into our worldwide expansion plan and complements the Conrad hotels we currently provide in New York and will offer in Miami and other major gateway cities across North America and around the world.

Boasting exemplary design and architecture, the future Conrad Las Vegas and accompanying residences will reside in two of the tallest buildings in Las Vegas, and will offer a variety of attractive facilities and amenities associated with a luxury property.  Designed for discerning business and leisure guests, the Conrad hotel will offer a fully staffed business center and offices, 13 meetings and boardroom facilities, one main and one junior ballroom, a luxurious spa and fitness centre, and an Olympic-sized, heated outdoor swimming pool.

Located just one block from the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Conrad hotel will be built on the site that once was home to the historic La Concha Motel (which was designed by world-renowned architect Paul Revere Williams).  The hotel is just minutes from all Las Vegas attractions and business centers, as well as the newly renovated Fashion Show Mall.  Las Vegas McCarran International Airport is just 15 minutes away from the hotel.

With award-winning properties in the U.S., UK, Ireland, Belgium, Egypt, Turkey, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and Uruguay, Conrad has 15 luxury hotels that welcome guests in exotic and cosmopolitan destinations.  Conrad Hotels continues to explore opportunities to further enhance and expand the brands presence in the luxury hotel segment in suitable locations around the world.  Future Conrad Hotels under development include Conrad Bali (Spring 2004), Conrad Miami (mid-2004), Conrad Phuket (2005) and Conrad Tokyo (2005).
